A vitamin punch! What can we ask more for these Summer days! Is orange your kid’s favourite fruit? So here is the perfect way to mix it with vegetables.
– 1 Small carrot (90g)
– 1 Large orange
– 15 to 20g celery
– Ginger rasp
Peel the carrot and orange and place it with the celery and ginger in a blender, whip until you get a creamy milkshake.
Serve the smoothie chilled.
