How to make a purchase on Wearetoddler.com

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions. Once you register at wearetoddler.com, you are then able to place an order.

In order to search the articles, you want to buy, you may use the browsing menus and filters available in our page. When you find the item you want, click 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' on the product page. Go to your shopping bag by clicking 'CHECKOUT' or clicking the shopping bag at the top of the page (right corner). Finally, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order by following the steps of the buying process.

Wearetoddler.com sells worldwide on a DDU (Delivery duties unpaid) this means that all applicable taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

Packaging

The articles shipped from every partner, are packed in a standardized box without any apparent mention to Wearetoddler.com on the label of the parcel in order to limit the possibility of theft.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returned items must comply with our return policy:

Your returned item must arrive at the partner store from where it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant Wearetoddler.com partner’s location within 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are stained.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

HOW DOES MY CREDIT NOTE/PROMOTIONAL CODE WORK?

Your credit note is valid for 6 months, for all products at Wearetoddler.com. It appears automatically in your shopping bag as soon as you have identified yourself on the site, using your email address and your password.

 

HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT NOTE/PROMOTIONAL CODE?

First of all, make sure of the validity period of the promotional code. We remind you that the promotional codes are only valid on the products specified on the www.wearetoddler.com site. A code is usable only once per person and is not refundable. The codes may not be applied more than once at a time. If you have a promotional code, you can indicate it to us on the shopping bag page in the “Credit notes/promotional codes” area.

 

CAN I ASK FOR THE REFUND OF MY CREDIT NOTE?

No. Once a credit note is requested, it must be used within 6 months at any order placed at wearetoddler.com
